When listed, the home “wowed” prospective buyers with its elegant design, spacious layout and an abundance of natural light, says realtor Mark Neustaedter. As well, its two-storey, split layout made the southwest Calgary home an ideal fit for young, growing families with a main-floor living room that includes a gas fireplace and a clear view to an attached bonus room, which can serve as a play space for young children. Overall, the home’s floor plan is designed to facilitate busy lifestyles with the living room flowing into the recently renovated kitchen that includes a beverage fridge and a large island with quartz countertops for prepping meals and noshing at them with surrounding bar-like seating. Built in 2018, among the home’s three spacious bedrooms is a master with a five-piece ensuite bath, featuring dual sinks. The home also has another full bath and half bath, an attached double-garage and fully landscaped yard with deck for barbecuing and patio space for entertaining.
